Junior varsity volleyball

Warren’s junior varsity volleyball team won a tournament last weekend at Elk County Catholic.

The Dragons went undefeated in pool play to start the tournament. They defeated Northern Potter 25-12, 25-10, Dubois Central Catholic 25-16, 25-18, St. Marys 25-12, 25-8 and Johnsonburg 25-20, 25-15.

Warren kept the momentum rolling into the playoffs with wins over Northern Potter 25-9 in the quarterfinals, Dubois Central Catholic 30-15 in the semifinals, and then defeating host ECC in the finals 25-13, 25-18, to win the tournament without dropping a set all day.
