Tai Chi class

Tai means “Supreme” and Chi means “Ultimate energy.”

Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise consisting of slow, beautiful, relaxed movement that develop a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body.

Tai chi is gentle and not strenuous. Technique, breath and mobilization are the three keys that will transform your Tai Chi practice from a fun, interesting exercise into a dynamic, life-changing, spiritual tool.

Tai Chi will begin in our 1st session in the new year as a paid fitness class.
